Shell Global Helpline

The Shell Global Helpline allows employees and stakeholders to raise concerns and report instances of potential non-compliance with our values and principles.

To ensure we are aware of and responding to all such suspected violations, the Shell Business Integrity Department bundles and manages the Shell Helpline for sonnen and retains NAVEX Global, an independent firm, to receive, via Internet and telephone lines, information, and complaints regarding possible violation of laws, regulations, the Shell Code of Conduct and the SGBP.

Reports received via the Shell Helpline will be passed to authorized persons within sonnen and be dealt with in a professional and confidential manner. Reporters will be asked to provide their identity to enable your query or concern to be handled most effectively, but anonymous reports will be accepted. The Helpline is available to customers, suppliers, partners, advisors, and employees of Shell.

What is the Shell Global Helpline?
